NDT

Nondestructive testing (NDT) is a wide group of analysis techniques used in science and industry to evaluate the properties of a material, component or system without causing damage. Because NDT does not permanently alter the article being inspected, it is a highly-valuable technique that can save both money and time in product evaluation, troubleshooting, and research to remove possible defects which could have appeared in production phase of an article. NDT is a commonly-used tool in forensic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, systems engineering, aeronautical engineering, medicine, etc.

     Effective inspection leads to lower deffectiveness in production which means lower costs complaints and higher production efficiency. Besides that, periodic inspection (e.g. mobile parts of machines) enables to increase the safety on a work place and  prevent from accidents which could happen on the machines where the inspection is ignored or not performed.

    Each weld and material withstands during its life-span particular load. When specific weldnorms and requirements are not fulfilled, it can cause defects, imperfections even during process of welding. For instance, base material must  reach particulare temperature before, during and after the welding proces and must be welded by compatible material. Even if one of the matters do not meet the requirements, the seam weld will not reach desirative hardnes. Typical defects during a welding process are, e.g. incomplete penetration, cracks, cavities, various density, etc. These defects may lead to material discontinuity and even to vast damage and accidents.

- Ultrasonic testing with 2D and 3D record or no record (UT)

- Magnetic-particle testing (MT) - fluorescent or black

- Liquid penetrant testing (PT)

- Visual testing (VT), direct or indirect by endoscope with recording

- Hardness testing (HT)

- Leakage testing (LT)

     We also offer with our NDT service complex solution including developing of NDT procedures by qualified personell (Level II, III), reporting and conslulting of  projection with our customer.
